Update....41booked to date....Block of Flights all gone but 1

Just wanted to let everyone know there is only 1 ticket left in the block from West Jet - Ottawa to Vancouver May 17.  Anyone else booking check for flights on skyscanner or kayak online or app. you will find the best prices there.  Options out of ottawa are around 350.00 or syracuse 248.00.

Lots of reasonable return flights from seattle so far looking ar 222-250.00.  Most are booking return westjet 6750 leaves seattle 1025.

What to Pack for Alaska?

I have had lots of questions regarding what to pack for this cruise.  I will say it will not be like your typical cruise so you will be thinking of layering due to unpredictable weather.  On the ship of course you can wear your usual attire but I have found some locations in the ship can be cool so sweaters are a must.  I have included a helpful link of advise of what to pack for an Alaskan cruise I hope you find it helpful.  I know its early but I know some are looking for clothes for the trip ahead of time so check out the site.....

EATS:
As a reminder unless you specify we have all been assigned together in the main dining room for a 6 pm seating.  This is a sit down dinner and dress is only formal on two nights of the cruise.  Formal does not have to mean long dresses or tuxedos, it is simply nicer dress and can be from business casual to very dressy your choice.  One night we will be dining in celebration of the wedding as well on May 24/15.  No one is held to dinner in the main dining room nightly there are other options available on the  ship to include:

8 Months 14 Days and 2 hours. to Cruise.................Early Dining....

Just wanted to let you know that we have bumped everyone's dining times to 6 pm as it will work out better with the ports and onboard activities.  Most have already secured their flights if you have not done so you may want to look at the schedules and fares, earlier is better price wise .  I will post again soon with some tips and recommendations.  If anyone needs any direction don't hesitate to contact Lucas, Brittany or myself!!!! 

Flights Home Don't Delay Your Booking!!!!

I have been trying to arrange flights as a group home but I am unable to do so as it is a double carrier.  There are two flights back to Ottawa meeting up in Calgary so if you are able to book this right away I would recommend this to get the best price.  To do this go to the West jet site and enter SEA to YOW May 26 one way.  You will see a selection and if you are able to book either WS776/WS302 or WS6750/WS302 we will all be together at least from Calgary 16 of us have already booked on the WS776 selection.  Anyway go to this site https://www.westjet.com/guest/en/home.shtml to book your return flights!  If you have any questions leave them for me here........

Party! 31 people booked to date!

Just an update on our party planning, 31 people have booked to date.  I have 25 seats on plane out of 30 now spoken for!  Almost entire group have booked 6th floor forward Empress Deck oh my! 

Half Price Deposits Start Monday August 25th For Real This Time

I got a call from Noel from Carnival and he stated that deposits will run half price for a limited time.  The only thing he is not sure of is if the price of the cruise will change.  Anyway just wanted to let you know this is the real thing this time!!!!!

Check out carnival website deposits are once again half price!  I have also reserved 30 seats on West jet May 17 please let me know if you need a seat at 300.00 one way I am working on return flights at present.  I have set the groups dinner time at 815 due to ports of call times if you wish to dine earlier or on my time dining let me know one evening will be set aside for a special reception dinner at an earlier time this planning is underway!
